Delete Your Account
You can delete your OnePrayer account in two ways, depending on whether you have access to the app.
Delete from within the app
If you have the OnePrayer app installed and can open it:
- Open OnePrayer and sign in
- Go to Settings (profile icon → Settings)
- Tap "Delete account" at the bottom
- Follow the confirmation steps
This is the fastest way. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Can't access the app?
If you've uninstalled the app or can't open it, you can request account deletion by email.
Important requirement
Your request must be sent from the email address associated with your OnePrayer account. We can only process deletion requests that come from the account's registered email for security reasons.
We will process your request within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
